Thank you to everyone who came to West Liberty Youth Dream Catchers 14th Annual 4-Person Best -Shot Event!  It was very successful.  We really appreciate your support!  You are making a difference in the lives of many children. We are proud to conduct this event with COVID-19 precautions that included wearing masks, having temperature tests, and having a box lunch instead of a buffet luncheon.
